Paye's Sports Performance
Payes Sports Performance is for athletes of all ages, skill levels,
and sports that want to maximize their athletic potential by enhancing
their abilities both physically and mentally. We have a specialized
program in place that will improve an athletes speed, power, agility,
and strength. Our cirriculum also centers around flexibility and injury
prevention. Through this program an athletes endurance and mental
strength will also increase.
Our highly trained coaches teach developmentally appropriate and skill
appropriate exercises that help the athlete progress to their highest
level. Learning and practicing proper technique and form, in conjunction
with positive feedback is the key to improvement.
One step or one split second makes a difference between winning and
losing. The ability to break away from your opponent- jump to block
a shot or head a ball- stop and cut back or change directions at a
moments notice is priceless. Hard work, effort and continuous practice
makes these movements and skills transferable to an athletes performance
